    The games up. Years of sucking shareholder money to explore tier 3 ground and paying yourselves handsomely is over.

    Its time your MD takes a 70% cut in salary and all board members take shares instead of cash.

    You have destroyed shareholders money and it’s time for change and a complete change in strategy.
