stefoid, I have to go but wanted to just state that I base my opinion on common sense and pure business.
If you borrowed $227.5M to invest in a company would you want to weaken it? See it shrink? Bury the assets? Earn no return? Or would you believe and demand that the hefty investment was going to create a benefit for that company and make you even more money?
Simple really IMO.
