    finicky, your Post: 3163579 prompted me to think about both the development in the price of silver and MMN’s financial position.

    Taking a longer term view;
    31.12.2003 Silver was trading ~US$6.00/oz.
    Today Ag is trading @ US$17.47/oz.

    31.12.2003 MMN closed @ 20.4c.
    Yesterday’s closing price was 7.2c – ‘nuff said !

    Turning to MacMin’s financial position;
    What is MacMin’s current OPEX, revenue and cash in the kitty ?

    MMN’s ongoing and multiple draw-downs on the line of credit is a concern.

    Using the line-of-credit (LOC) facility clearly indicates that the board has arrived at the conclusion that they have done all they could to mine shareholders pockets dry.

    What was left of goodwill towards the company management has or is disappearing. In any case, with the use of the LOC, they continue diluting the holdings of current shareholders.

    Based on past presentations and announcements from the company many would have thought that by now MacMin would be a serious silver producing company in a cash-flow positive position.

    Is it?

    What is the current cash position ?

    What are their borrowings (including the draw-downs from Cornell Capital Partners Offshore)

    What is the current burn rate (expressed in $M)?

    What other capital expenditures (expressed in $M) will be required to get this mine to a commercial viable state – if that is at all possible ?

    Will MMN ever make a profit ?

    Will MMN ever pay shareholders a dividend ?

    ........and the real big $64K question

    – will MacMin, under the current Board and Management, survive as a company ?

    Any views on the above are welcome.
