Ok 30+ days of flowing back.....does anyone have any ideas/previous examples of extended flow back times before? How long is the longest it's taken to get stabilised rates and why did it take so long?

If they had stopped flowing, then an announcement would have to have been made...i.e. market sensitive information.

So, assuming they are still flowing...what is the most likely scenario for the extended flow back testing? We apparently had high pressure early....with both oil and gas returned to surface. Could it be that the quantity of oil being returned is distorting flow back rates....therefore the extended testing is being required to clean it up? Even if that was the case, wouldn't that be market sensitive information too....in that high volumes of oil are being returned to surface during flowback?

Would appreciate some discussion from the longtermers here on opinions as to what's going on. Obviously cards are being played close to their chest's to avoid preemptive T/O....

    Patience is a virtue....been long since 2008.
