lecram, you're right. It "could" go that way.
However, I suspect that if the gas flow was less than the HCSS (778mcfd) then they probably would have stopped the flow testing and moved on with opening up the entire well to test the full potential of the well.
There'd be no point in continuing to test something that wasn't substantial.
