Oz i agree with you on the money side.
Haliburton do the fracing not necessarily the (vertical) drilling.

As the post following yours said we could get this into production first. IE horizontal drill 6-8 legs, all infrastructure is very close by.

There is also the possibility that this well may already be commercial in its own right,= almost instant cash.

If that is so the area has gone a long way to being de-risked and the ability to give a resource estimate should surely make getting finance easier. IMO
