The company passed proportional takeover provisions as a clause in the Constitution in 2020. Essentially shareholders first get to vote on the price at which a company gets to accept the bid at. Given that a large proportion of equity is held within the top 20, I view this as an easy way to knock back any takeover bid until post Phase III whereby Loveridge has made it exceedingly clear that he will look for a buyout.
