well based off the timeline only price sensitive news coming IMO would be the commencement of recruiting. The filing for approval of sites isn't price sensitive, so if they truly wanted to buy they could. My theory is they don't want to as they are waiting for their next potential batch of free shares/options and potentially keeping the price down here so the VWAP isn't that high if/when they are issued. Just a theory
Either way, somethings up cause everyday this de-risks further and the dog is still valued at 50 mill MC lol. Infuriates me that clueless noobs chase companies with huge risks and they reap the rewards in a bull market and we've had this low risk stock do sweet fa.
