Was always the plan imo, was rigged that way. Shareholders build Tv2u, NF buys it for $1 and Tv2u Shareholders lose the lot.
Was pretty obvious and all but 2 holders accepted that was the likely fate, happened. Was not all that cunning but by the time anyone picked up on it they were no longer trading so effectively trapped into the plan.
