Surely you're having a lend? This is complete and utter madness manifesting onto the screen.
Paying ASIC fees has absolutely zero to do with this fiasco. I have a company myself that does nothing but I pay the ASIC fee each year to keep it there. Anyone can apply to have a company registered... it's barely a step above having a domain name registered. It's worth noting also that if they have actually paid their tiny ASIC fee as you say, they only did so after ASIC began strike-off action on October 29.
Surely you can't be so naïve as to think that after everything they've done, ticking a few boxes is all that's needed to relist. Starting this new thread is laughable.
