I have noticed that quite a few small companies do absolutley nothing for their shareholders, sometimes it is in the best interests of the management to do nothing and keep an easy lifestyle at the shareholders expense.
It goes like this, suck the coffers dry then come up with a rights issue or placement to draw the directors fee's from.
You may think I am being cynical but am I?
$250,000 for doing a big fat "0" sounds like the perfect job to me.
