If I have misjudged your perceived bias, I apologize.
But, my perception of you is that from memory, you only started posting on this forum when WPL either bought in or were looking to do so. Ever since, you have pretty well looked at everything from WPL win perspective.
You were adamant FAR had no right to PE after the 30 days had expired and have continued with the PC inspired “ you cannot PE a company”, which while technically may be right, is just trying to avoid the reality of what’s happened. Which is trying to avoid FAR having the ability to PE, by not giving it’s management all of the required data.
I hope it burns COP and WPL badly on the arse.
I’m pretty confident that either a large compensation payment will be made, or the PE clock will be reset and FAR will bring in big oil as a new JV member.
As for my bias, I can truly say that if I thought FAR management were in the wrong on a matter such as this, I would not be jumping on a forum such as this and trying to defend their underhanded methods.
Enough said from me now on the matter
