That makes sense so until that milestone is reached ConocoPhillips and now WPL couldn’t become operator anyway, but also presume if all members of the JV members and the government agreed it could happen earlier but clearly FAR aren’t going go agree. Interesting and I am shareholders will make money in the future like the Lawyers would be at the moment
