My apologies everyone. I falsely suggested the article was in the Telegraph when it was, in fact, in the Sunday Times. I was confusing the Sunday Times with the home of the blogger Delingpole, who would not stoop to reading anything from NASA let alone apologise for all the muck he writes.
(I hope all posters take note and apologise for misleading other readers by saying things like 'MobyT is always right' when it's quite evident that MobyT does make mistakes.)
