cheers greenhart, Its good to hear once in a while that climate-science believers can also make mistakes. Its not a commonly shown trait in forums :)
I definitely would not say that all the climate science is to be discarded. But when things like this happen, it must be accepted and embraced. Its about being as right as you can be. I am certain there are some papers out there that will have a change in conclusion. Some numbers will fall within acceptable standard deviations and lead to "no problem" conclusion. I maybe WRONG. But I would like to see this kinds of mistakes acknowledged.
And the other point is I find it fascinating that not one scientist decided to cross reference numbers for the warmest 5 years. To me it shows a lack of diligence.
