Gonuke, Well written. I was about to sit down and draft a reply to my letter from ASIC essentially outlining the points you have raised. I hope you don't mind but I might do a bit of cutting and pasting from your post so at least we are putting a consistent message out to the people that may be able to pursue this on our behalf.
