We are still 14 days from 20 Jan official Inauguration Day, between then and now anything could happen that could shape the final decision. For eg. releasing of John Radcliffe’s DNI report into possible foreign involvement in the election breaching Executive Order 13848, SCOTUS decisions, declassification of documents/investigations, releasing John Durham’s investigation report, Senators and Congress members not accepting certification of the election, ongoing state recanvassing of ballots and certification of the election, etc.

I would remain open minded and expect the unexpected.
