I don't know whether a Pence Card will be played or not.

What I do know is that Trump has signed the Omnibus bill with redlined "suggestions".

1) Congress "promises" to vote (post-Trump signing) on increase from $600 to $2,000
2) Congress "promises" to repeal or amend Section 230
3) Congress "promises" to look into voter fraud

Regardless of who you support these outcomes are a great achievement given Trump's current position.

Trump signed 2 Executive Orders, firstly on 21/12/2017 - Blocking the property of persons involved in serious human rights abuse (human trafficking) or corruption, and on 18/09/2018 - Imposing certain sanctions in the event of foreign interference in US elections. I wonder whether these EOs have been used as negotiation tools.
