If Abbott become PM it will not be because he has any creditability for the top job but more about problems with the labor party.

Our economy has been travelling along quite nicely and if/when we get the economic illiterate Abbott as PM it will turn to poo.

For starters the removal of the education bonus will hit the average family to the tune of $2000 per year, that adds to cost of living pressures.

Dumping the carbon tax will not bring down power prices, assuming Abbott can get that through the senate.

Abbott has been hiding his cuts very carfully, if we have nothing to fear why is he hiding them and not just come out and quash the rumours.
