I gave that a "like" despite disagreeing with your conclusion.... because your conclusion is about the only thing I'd disagree with .

Logically you deduced that there'd be a strong NATO response to any nuke use ...if you and I can see this ...so should putin ... not to say he always makes good decisions ... so a small nuke is a possibility , but I consider not a probability ,(if putin doesn't want to seal his fate)
also there are twists and turns he's making , trying to find some winning tactic - the dirty bomb scare , the terror bombing , did he damage the gas pipelines in order to try and split NATO countries ?
I think he'll keep trying more tricks yet which possibly could change things .
