I do not have great faith that what was announced at the EGM will be actually put into effect as stated. I recall that at the beginning of the COVID pandemic, PB announced that senior people (board and management, if I remember correctly) would take a cut in pay because their workload had reduced. However, a short time after this announcement, he then stated they would be given shares in lieu of pay, so in practice they just received payment in a different form. My take on this is watch out for actions by the board and management that veer from the intent of the original announcements.
