The big banks have had the time and money to diversify but didn't smaller banks will take a bigger share of the housing market I just hope it does not end like it did in the nineties,overseas ponzi business schemes are going to blow up but Australia will be the looser and probably have to let them stay or they might face death if the return home without paying what they owe to dodgy lenders.
