I wouldn't agree its a good deal for MYG shareholders has the sector is in the can, but its a deal that may see some value realised by putting Deflector in hands that may actually do something with it not just rack up director fees.
On the performance shares for directors, it depends on what you call performance. If you are talking about Directors bank account performance I suspect they have outperformed the market. If you talk about MYG share holder performance MYG directors have done nothing but destroy shareholder wealth. Except if your one of the guys that got in recently well done.
