    IFM is off the radar of many, as it's been a poor performer- until now. Since September, it's risen close to 20% fairly steadily- see the HC graph above. As other IFM posters have stated, we have a good combination of events happening now:

    * Car sales have increased to the 2nd highest level ever recorded:

    * The AUD is falling
    * The original MD has returned, and the SP is rising
    * The company has no debt
    * IFM has a P/E ratio of 7.10 and a dividend yield of 9.2%:

    Whilst this company has done it tough (it was priced at $2.50 per share some 11 years ago), it looks to be a turn around story, with good fundamentals, and improving economic conditions (a falling AUD helps). It's been easy to tear one's hair out over this one, but things seem to be changing for IFM.

    Just saying. :D
