It would be great if chuk or TCB007 could write a summary of the pros and cons for some new investors we will be attracting shortly.
In my eyes we are in the best position possible for this company to go ballistic with everything lining up just in time:
1. MC $70millon with a NPV OF AT LEAST $450 million 2. DFS due any minute now with fertiliser prices at a decade high with no signing of falling back quickly
3. GAS prices soaring to incentivise companies to use green ammonia which MNB is in one of the best positions in the world to make with basically FREE electricity
4. GOVERNMENT backing to the fullest
5. LONG LEAD ITEMS paid for and being built
6. CASH!!!
7. FIRST PRODUCTION LESS THEN 12 months away
Im sure some of the more experienced hotcopper members could write up a more attractive summary so if you please can write one regarding what perfect situation we are in for success with this company please do.
