Agreed, HOAs should never be pursued, they are nothing more than a summary of what's being negotiated and if the end binding contract differs from market expectation that is set by the HOA, SP could suffer.
Are they chasing deals with their software developers or finance team running lead? Someone must have bonuses based on HOA signings lol
