"it’s not worth anything until you have the funds to get it out of the ground." I'm guessing you meant that as a figure of speech considering you are holding? The market is currently valuing it at $142mill without the funding in place yet. If they get off-take agreements that may jump up to closer to $200 million and if/when they get a JV partner to fund it, it should at least double again and then double again over time. The current price reflects perceived risk and the price will climb as perceived risk reduces and timeline to production reduces.
