Interesting take on things.
The market is obviously very skeptical on the project as you have been.
I believe a commercial dreal with a big player will change the perception of the project and make the project finally "believable" I am holding because of recent terminology in the last 3 announcemnts, reading between the lines- indicating a funding deal is quite probable in the short term, if not "bankable".
I believe it's a great time to invest in "the largest uncontracted gas reserve in the country" on the cusp of commercialisation. A funding deal will see the share price well above what we see after resource upgrade ann imo.
If they have a major player like sto bhp org etc on board this will change everything completely imo, make the project believable and people will start to realise this is all actually going to happen- then the share price will actually reflect the size of the reserve they are sitting on.
My take on things.
