Seriously though even if an offer came through now what would it have to be to get over the line? 1.20? Still probably a discount to what it would have needed to be a couple of weeks back but hey.
Thought this was good buying at $1 the other day with 6c div etc. Its lost 30% of its values since then so the div hasnt done me squat.
I still believe that its a great company and I am sure there will be an approach before long, I only hope that some of the value has been restored and the offer is somewhere around the 1.35-1.50 mark.
It makes more and more sense that DEXUS would be highly interested.
A couple more days of this trading and we could have a substantial holder notice? 15mil today not huge but solid volume.
