The effect size recorded in 008 was so high to give SS despite the variability that would typically skew the overall result. The larger sample size in 012 will reduce the impact of the outlier patients and draw out the uplift against the placebo. The biggest uplift (effect size) has been seen at our new end points day 112 and 404 (previous 365). Read up on this detail before Thursday. Hence we're no longer using day 56 despite it showing significant separation in 005, 008 etc.
