The reason they can't say anything is because until one party takes up the option on an agreement its practically worthless.
For example POH recently took up the option to license AOD 9604 from Cazalda an agreement which was written in August 2009.
While POH may feel confident of a deal eventuating from one of their agreements in place they cannot in anyway suggest it is fait accompli.
In the meantime keep an eye out for The Phosphagenics Code co-written by Tangentland and Dan Brown. It's going to be a best seller.
