On re-reading my previous post I feel my comments were a little harsh.
To clarify- until the option is taken up on an agreement they have no dollar value, however as POH is still speculative the FACT that agreements are in place should IMO be considered to be a positive sign.
The Phosphagenics Code is reason enough for me to change my sentiment from "hold" to "buy."
