Oh god I agree with comments here - on another stock on HC there was an announcement made that was heralded in bold print as a binding term sheet but after a quick read very clear that the only thing binding was that parties were to try to chat for a couple of months but nothing more. All that people saw was that some terms may have been agreed in concept. But to raise a comment on that saw such vitriol to question the statement of such a brilliant MD was unreal. So I concur that those on this site have some interesting chats and an appetite for objective assessment.
