I'd say it's accumulating loose shares. It's interesting I find how the last cap raise EPM had was done through by CPS capital. I think there's a bit of playground antics going on. GGG Also had a cap raise through CPS, and it appears there's personal intrest in GGG for some CPS employees

I'd put my money on the fact that there's some disappointment between CPS and EPM. Maybe EPM has been looking for another provider conduct the Cap raise. It could be as trivial as that, as well as the fact a lot of eggs were placed in the Kvanefjeld basket
