    Tailings can be dug up, but if no one's there, who digs them up?

    and if there are still tailings there, was the clean up job back in the day 'good enough' and doesn't need to ever be addressed

    prices fluctuate, EU may go up 3 times in the next year, did you think of that. Could halve too.
