    Hi guys,

From my understanding, part of the IP for FBR belongs to one of the Pivacs.

As has been stated time and time again, FBR has been an R&D company. There seems to be an acceptance now of the possibility of going into liquidation and closure of this R&D company.

When FBR stops existing, what stops the IP holders from taking all of the hundreds and millions of dollars of research and development and using it to start another company that's now focused on profits?

    Cheers
