Why would you want to release a DFS leading up to Xmas when all the investment community is either p*ssed or switched off for the year? Also, if you are in the process of redomicile to a more investment friendly juridiction wouldn't you want to wait and release your DFS (with some fanfare) into that jurisdiction.

Continuous disclosure rules dictate that information be released to the market when available. I would suggest that reasons are being found to delay the finalisation of the report for the reasons I have given above.

Overall, the delay will ultimately be to our benefit if the report gets a bigger audience. So stop the sweating guys, enjoy your Christmas and think what rewards lay ahead in Jan/Feb next year.
