For those who missed it, Sharri Markson played an audio recording made by a member of the public in a public hotel bar a week ago, whilst Higgins was under cross-examination, in which Higgins' solicitor sounded as though he was giving coaching tips to Sharaz and a friend of Higgins on how Higgins might answer difficult questions in court. If true, it would not only be unethical, but may amount to contempt of court and may severely impact on her credit; as well as bolster Whybrow's argument that the whole episode has been confected and embellished for ulterior motives from the outset.
