Always happy to see your input kb, agree or disagree, but pretty sure management can't say anything atm. PE looms and no asx company could issue statements this close to the wire.
On that note, I'm not holding my breath that the tribunal will reach a conclusion by years end. There is no penalty attached to not meeting their own deadlines. Cest la vie...vive la france...
Yes, there are a bunch of happy clappers but they are perfectly matched by an unhappy bunch clapping it down.
