    perhaps there's a chance that the 2m buyer is overly optimistic about the "big" NRC/Strata meeting this tuesday?

    we've been waiting a while for the permit to mine milestone day to occur, so perhaps wednesday could be it, or at least another positive step towards it at the very least.
