Looks to me like IGR is trading at about a 2.5% - 4% discount to SLR / 6.28, perhaps pricing a small chance that it might not go ahead.

So IMO if you wanted to buy into this new group you would be better off buying IGR to get your ultimately SLR shares at a better price.

At close, IGR is $0.41, equivalent to $2.575 for SLR which closed at $2.64.

And, as Hybrid noted, perhaps you might get even more for them if another bidder emerges.
