I am a holder of CXY stock and have followed the developments with interest and are absolutely disgusted by what is happeneing. Where is the element of "fair go" in this situation for CXY. It appears that they are fighting a battle against everyone involved on flimsy and incorrect evidence.

Here in WA a local group were taken to task by a council and developer over mis information to such an extent that members of the group who were promoting the mis information were threatened with legal action including possible loss of house. The threaten action quieten the group down to such an extent the development proceeded without as much of a further comment from the group.

The group was promoting every peice of evidence in such an exaggerated fashion and any falsehood they could use to promote their cause helped by some of the local media.

It related to the development of a land development near the ocean and this group wanted this former wasteland to remain as is rather than be developed.

This situation with CXY sounds very similar albeit concerning a different style of development.
