going north it concerns me not whether you are comfortable with my position. I find it odd that you seem unable to accept information publicly released by VEC. It is unfortunate that the parties seeking to spill the board have provided no more than 2 paragraphs as justification for their action. One would expect that these parties would provide shareholders with more detail about how they plan to 'save the company' and what they intend to do with it if they succeed. We havent heard a peep from Mcleod (he was too busy to respond) or Bolivar seeking to justify their continuation as directors after the termination of the columbian deal.
