Yes it is dilution at an unacceptably low BTA share price. . .. . but at least we are issuing only about half as many shares as previously. . . ..because NABI is only bringing half the cash to the table that was previously proposed. .. . . and Lonergan Edwards will earn another fat fee for reviewing the new deal terms. . .. .
