the dilution is not that bad as imitial thought, it is certainly npt better for BTA, it is owrse but not as bad as i thought.
BTA shareholders will hold 7-10% more of a company whcih will have about 24 aud less in cash. So the deal effectively reporesenets a loss of apporx 10m of value for us but arguably locks the transaction in
