i would be interested to know whether the Yarra would be a suitable source of water for the city of Melbourne- there are quite a few parts of it that aren't so mighty. I am sure someone has had a look at it- and they are probably a HC poster.

so the obvious question is why the big drought? all the deniers here tell me change is a natural event- that we can just adapt? sounds like some are having trouble adapting!
some have even post lovely renditions of poetry (mackellars 'my country') telling me that Australia has always had droughts so the whole climate change thing is a crock....

something isn't adding up........MAYBE climate change is real and we ARE responsible- just my crazy lefty views
