The debt club that is going to rip out all the value of the company with onerous and BS conditions and interest payments. The Swiss funders could of given us next day approval and term sheets with more favorable conditions. The debt club can go and eat sheet and choke on it.
On the other hand, we might be able to salvage some value if it goes through and we may get back what we have put in if our averages are under 30c but i do not think it will get there anytime soon.
