I am with you on this Gw. When SXY did a capital raising via a SPP around 4 years ago for 33c (prior coversoin). They were struggling to get the funds required. I recieved a number calls from SXY encouraging me to paticipate. If my recollection is correct SXY still did not manange to raise the requird amount.
IMO, the board is sensing a similar outcome. A NO vote. How would such an outcome be reflected on the Board. Perhaps a revised offer from Posco may prevent a corporate embarrassment.
