    2105, Yes also got a call from them and the same spiel, told them I knew all of that and would be voting NO. He asked if I would like to tell him why and I told him my thoughts on the deal, he took notes and said he would pass them on.

    Maybe they feel they do not have the numbers to get the deal done?
