JB Were has entered into a verbal agreement to arrange the sale of the 34 million shares at between 80c and 90c inclusive. I guess this means a placement to institutional investors or a bookbuild. The good thing in that the minimum price is 80c. Could be happy days for those who bought today if JB Were reckon that they can get 10% of the company away at those prices.
